Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): creating the booking and delivering the transfer
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): retention duties under tax and accounting legislation
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): improving service quality and preventing fraud
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): for newsletter and promotional communications only
Collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically via the booking form onwww.floratravelturkey.com, WhatsApp and telephone conversations, email correspondence and automated system records.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with the driver carrying out the transfer, our licensed payment institution (iyzico) for payment processing, our hosting and email infrastructure providers, and competent public authorities where legally required.
Google LLC's mapping services are used for address search and distance calculation, which may involve transferring search text and location data abroad. No data is transferred abroad for marketing purposes.
Retention periods
- Booking and invoice records: 10 years (tax legislation)
- Correspondence: 2 years after the service relationship ends
- Incomplete price quotes: 1 hour
- Marketing consent: until consent is withdrawn
At the end of these periods data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result reached against you through automated analysis
- To claim compensation for loss arising from unlawful processing
How to apply
Send your request, with information verifying your identity, by email to info@floratravelturkey.com or in writing to the address above. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set out in the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may apply.
