Terms of Service

1. Parties and subject

These terms are agreed between Flora Travel Turkey ("the Company") and any natural or legal person who books or purchases a transfer service viawww.floratravelturkey.com ("the Customer"). They set out the conditions of the airport transfer service provided by the Company.

By creating a booking on the site, the Customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Scope of service

The Company provides private vehicle transfers and shared shuttle services between Antalya and Gazipaşa-Alanya airports and hotels, resorts and tourist destinations in the region. The service is limited to the date, time, route and vehicle type stated in the booking.

3. Booking and confirmation

• A booking is created once the form is completed in full and a payment method is selected.
• On creation, the Customer receives a booking number and a confirmation email. This email confirms the booking has reached our system.
• The Company reserves the right to decline a booking where no vehicle is available. Any amount already collected is refunded in full.
• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the flight number, contact details and address provided. No refund is given where the transfer cannot take place because of incorrect information.

4. Prices and payment

• Private transfer and shuttle prices are both in EUR. Amounts shown in other currencies on the site are for information only; payment is always taken in the base currency and appears on your card at your bank's exchange rate.
• Listed prices are one way and per vehicle; the same route costs the same in both directions. Return bookings are charged at the one-way price multiplied by 2.
• Prices include fuel, motorway and bridge tolls, parking, luggage handling and the name board. No night surcharge applies.
• Payment may be made online by credit or debit card (3D Secure) or in cash to the driver on arrival.
• Prices are fixed at the amount shown when the booking is created. Subsequent price changes do not affect existing bookings.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hoursbefore the transfer are free of charge and any amount collected is refunded in full.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer, a refund may not be possible because the vehicle has already been assigned.
• No cancellation fee applies where the airline cancels your flight.
• Card refunds are returned to the card used and may take several working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
• Cancellation requests should be sent with the booking number toinfo@floratravelturkey.com or to our WhatsApp line on +90 554 958 87 79.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Company will

• Provide the vehicle type stated in the booking, or an equivalent, at the stated date and time.
• Track the flight number provided and wait, without additional charge, in the event of a delay.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced, insured and compliant with applicable regulations.

The Customer will

• Provide accurate and complete booking information.
• Be present at the agreed meeting point and time, and inform the Company of any delay.
• Observe traffic rules and standards of conduct in the vehicle, and not cause damage to it.
• Not carry illegal substances; all liability arising from any breach rests with the Customer.

7. Waiting time

For airport transfers, 60 minutes of free waiting time applies from the aircraft's landing time. For hotel or address pick-ups this is 15 minutes. Additional waiting charges may apply beyond these periods; the driver will inform the Customer in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for delays or service disruption arising from force majeure, including natural disasters, adverse weather, road closures, strikes and decisions of public authorities.

The Company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, although any items found are kept for a reasonable period so they can be returned.

9. Protection of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. See our Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer matters, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

These terms take effect when the Customer ticks the acceptance box during booking. The Company reserves the right to update them; the current version is always published on this page.
