- Pick-up and drop-off addresses
- Passenger count and any special requests

- IP address (for security and abuse prevention)

- Site preferences (language, currency)
Why we process it
- To plan and carry out your transfer
- To send booking confirmations and updates
- To let your driver contact you
- To track your flight and hold the vehicle in case of delay
- To process payment and issue invoices
- To meet legal retention and accounting obligations
- With your explicit consent, to send offers and promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service:

How long we keep it
- Booking and invoice records: 10 years, as required by tax legislation
- Incomplete quotes (search results): 1 hour, then deleted automatically
- Your site preferences (language, currency): 1 year in your browser
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
Your rights
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and claim compensation for any loss you suffer. See our Data Protection Notice for details.

Security
Site traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Booking data is held in a database with restricted access, and only authorised staff can reach the administration panel using a password. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
